Whenever we go to Gatlinburg we love to visit this Aquarium. It is the nicest Aquarium we have been to thus far. It has some incredible displays and specimins. Zuri even really enjoyed herself. Here are some shots of our visit.

Happy 4th Birthday Mardie!!
We were on vacay in Gatlinburg this year for Mardie's birthday. We had met this kind family of Grandparents and twin 3yo grandchildren there. We invited them to Mardie's little party at the Water Park at Westgate. Here's his tiny Spiderman Cake. After cake and icecream and sparkling Grape Juice the kids played in the Arcade while the adults talked. Later in the day we went to WonderWorks or as Mardie liked to call it the Upside Down Broken Museum.

Vacay like you mean it!
I will be posting pictures soon to my family blog of our recent vacation, but as I update my craft blog I will post a few pics of my vacation visit to Smokey Mountain Spinnery. A really neat yarn/fiber/ and spinning shop in Gatlinburg. I got to spin on a Magicraft Rose and an Ashford Kiwi. The Ashford Joy is pictured below but I didn't take any time on it.
The Magicraft is super smooth and glidey but also very spendy so I won't have a wheel like that probably ever. But it was nice to sit and spin on one.
I picked up some roving for spinning and some magazine back issues I've been wanting. When we go back, I will definately stop here!
