Thanks to a friend of a friend Iam trying a used grain mill attachment for my KA stand mixer with the potential to buy. Here's my first attempt. I have yet to actually bake with the flour to make sure it will work for me. This mill is slower than free standing grain mills and louder. I've been told the flour it produces is coarser too. I don't need a ton of flour so this may be great for our family's needs. I'm looking forward to experimenting with this flour and seeing how it works with some of my favorite recipes.
