I finished it! Here you can see the strap zipped open to make two backpack straps and the front pocket. Also the top of the bag is not tucked in at the sides. This would be great if I needed to carry a few extra things in it. I really like it. It's small enough for a toddler and a potty trained one for sippycups, wipes, snacks and changes for both. As most people do we've significantly pared down our diaper bag stuff since there's less that is needed with toddlers. This will be a great day bag for us.
