Bunk Beds

We decided that Charmie and Mardie were ready to start sleeping in their beds. Up until this point Charmie was on the bottom and Mardie was on a youth sized mattress in our room on our floor. Needless to say that couldn't go on forever so we went consignment store shopping and picked up bedding for their beds that they would like. Mardie's on the bottom matches their existing bedroom and bathroom decor. Charmie's on the top is similar with having cars, trucks, trains, planes, taxi, etc. on it, but it's a little more graphic. The colors coordinate though and this way it's easy to tell which bedding goes where when they start making their own beds.
They were excited and for the most part went right to sleep in their beds without incedent. Since then we've been doing naps and night time like this and it's working. I love it and I think they do too!
